Q: Does Yellow Cab accept credit cards?

Yes, all Yellow Cabs do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks are not accepted.
Q: I am traveling to San Antonio with a small child, do you provide child safety seats?

No. Drivers of Yellow Cab and for-hire vehicles and their passengers, are exempt from laws regarding car seats. Passengers with children are encouraged to bring their own car seats, which the drivers will allow passengers to install.
Q: Do you allow pets to ride in Yellow Cabs?

Yes, All animals must be transported in a cage, must be clean and not vicious, anything else is at the driver's discretion. Also, Yellow Cab in compliance with Federal law, transports all ADA or service animals.
Q: What are vouchers and how do they work?
A:
Vouchers are authorized certificates of taxi fare credit. They are used by our account holders to pay for their taxi fare without cash or credit cards. Vouchers are in the form of a paper slip. You can sign up for a voucher account here
